The Vitality Code reserves the right to amend the time, date, or format of any 1:1 coaching sessions, live workshops, or group programs purchased. This does not entitle you to a refund or discount.

For one-off purchases of digital content, your access will begin immediately once your payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.

The Vitality Code offers a limited money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

Evidence may include activity logs, screenshots, or written summaries of completed actions. Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and eligibility will be determined by The Vitality Code team.
This policy does not apply to subscription plans, recurring memberships, or partial payment agreements. Once you enter into a split payment (e.g., 2- or 3-part payments), you are legally bound to complete all payments in full.

No payment or additional services will be provided in return for testimonials.
